Her er oppskrifta slik eg laga ho i dag:
Oppskrift (4 personar, ca)
600 g kjøtdeig (eg brukar karbonadedeig)
4 ss olivenolje
2 lauk
1-2 paprika
3 fedd kvitlauk
1 ts oregano
2 dl rosiner
1 glas oliven
2 laurbærblad
ca 500 g passata (tomater frå boks kan brukast)
1 boks /140 g tomatpuré
Ca 2 dl raudvin
Steik kjøtdeig.
Steik lauk, paprika og kvitlauk i olja. Ha i kjøttdeig. Tilsett resten, La koke 10 minutt. Plukk ut laurbærblada før servering.
Serverast med ris.
I've heard nearly all of Cecilia Samartins books on audiobook while traveling to and from work. The book Mofongo was sad and beautiful! When I found the cookbook Mofongo - Food for the Soul, I just had to buy it. Cuban Notch Meat is one of the dishes from the book. Lovely and easy! The worlds greatest grandma is coming for dinner tomorrow. I'm off to work early, so I finished tomorrows dinner today. This dish is easy, quickly made, and is suitable for making the day before serving.
Here's the recipe as I made it today:
500 g ground beef
4 tbs olive oil
2 onions
1-2 sweet bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
2 dl raisins
1 jar of olives
2 bay leaves
500 g passata
1 small can/140 g tomato puree
2 dl red wine
Cook the grund beef.
On medium heat, cook onions, bell peppers and garlic in the oil till soft. Add the ground beef. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes. remove bay leaves before serving.
Serve with rice.
