Bananbrød:
4 modne bananar - most
75 g smør - smelta
50 g sukker (gjerne brunt)
1 egg
1 ss vaniljesukker
1 ts bakepulver
1 klype salt
170 g kveitemjøl/glutenfritt lyst mjøl
Bland det våte, bland i det tørre.
Ha i smurt brødform.
Steik ved 180 grader C i 1 time.
Avkjøl.

Bananabread and hot cocoa with whipped cream. Yum.
When it's dark and cold outside, when it rains, and one has been sick, and children have been neglected, then one is in need of mending the damage by making extra cozy evenings. Of course it helps to have two overripe bananas lying around, I'm not going to hide facts.
Bananabread:
4 ripe bananas - mashed
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar (brown if you like)
1 egg
1 tbs vanillaextract
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups flour (spelt or gluten free or whatever)
Mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry ones. Bake in greased breadpan, ovenheat 180 degrees C, for 1 hour.
Cool.
Eat.
